Refund and Returns Summary

We’re only ever as good as the biltong products we provide, and if our products aren’t good enough for you, then its not good enough for us either. Therefore should the quality of our products fail to meet your expectations, we ask that you please return it to us with a description of the issue for a full refund.

Refund and Returns Policy Details


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

You may choose whether you wish to have us replace or refund an item you return, and you can simply communicate your choice in this regard to us when arranging your return.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, and you will be notified once your refund has been passed.

If you still haven’t received your refund within 7 days of us having passed it from our end, please contact us via the contact-us page on this website.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and you are also responsible for any return we don’t receive such as items going missing in the mail.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you’ve opted for an exchange, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
